What can you say ... Food ordered picked up .... and .... MEGA DELICIOUS ....

Unfortunately, there is no vegan menu on the menu - this is often a problem in the student environment when you want to go out to eat with the work group. You can rate a restaurant based on the selection of dishes it has - so it is perfectly legitimate to include this in a rating. I also rate my orthopedic surgeon based on what offer they provide. I don't understand why it would seem so far-fetched to include some plant-based dishes on the menu .. I would like at least two vegan options!

Wow ... that really surprised me. I thought that you could eat well there but that was really, really good! I didn't even eat that well in Munich. The Wiener Schnitzel is delicious, as is the crust roast and the venison goulash. (I only tried it on my blackheads 😉) The portions were almost too big, even for a good eater like me. I like the ambience! Right now ... distance, high room, good air. I will definitely be back!

A relaxed, modern feel-good atmosphere food and drink are well balanced and delicious. all in all definitely worth a visit

Always a pleasure coming here. I have been here innumerable times, on my good days and bad days and always enjoy it nevertheless. The boss is so sweet and I am always welcomed with a big smile and a wave. I'd say I'm a regular customer here since it opened. Totally recommended! 💜

Lunch is plentiful and cheap. No long wait. Service is ok. I like the ambience. Little staff for lunchtime (3 people in service and bar in total) I would come again.

Sometimes a bit chaotic service, but delicious beer and especially the pork knuckle is very strong

Service very friendly, quick and careful. The roast beef: amount ok, meat a bit firm, sauce very salty.

Very nice place to enjoy your after-work beer. You can sit outside in summer and enjoy your beer. The service is prompt and courteous. However, as a vegan it is a bit difficult to choose the right food. :-)

Are often here, good Bavarian beer, including light. Good cheese spaetzle and very good espresso. Lunch portion a bit small. The vegetarian menu could be expanded a little. Mostly friendly service. Nice opportunity to sit outside.

Tables not cleared, lunch only lukewarm, a shame ... ... our food came about 2 minutes. after the order, i.e. it was already in the plate before we ordered. Corona or not, understanding is also there but tables were not cleaned separately ... we will be back, no question, but ....

Enjoyed some great live acoustic guitar. Making the most of what looks very concrete. Surprisingly good venue with food to match .

Delicious beer, delicious goulash soup

Wait 10 minutes - no condition. Lazy German service. Update: There were two waitresses and not that many customers. We wait 10 minutes. Then my friend asks a waitress at the entrance for the menu. She says "OK". 5 minutes later we leave the place. Nobody wanted to serve us. In the meantime you had time for chatting.

Very very tasty food. A bit expensive but definitely worth the price. Also pleasantly quiet at the weekend.

Very nice location. Nice decoration, albeit a little dated. Good staff. Schnitzel was good, portions were a tad small for the price.

It's Handy because it's close to my work but the attention is really bad. All the personal is very uneducated and rude. They take forever to bring the food. However, the beer is good.

Great beer and great ambience. They have a really good lunch menu that changes every week. The food is very good and so is the beer.

They say they're open until 1.00am but I was there at 9.30pm and they said me the kitchen was closed. I could order only some from the menu. The beers we've tried were very good but not the same for things we've eaten. And when we were still sitting, they started closing everything... And it was only 23.45pm (they closed 1.00am)

I love this beautiful place! Expensive and delicious food. But price is worth it.

Nice ambience, good beer and Bavarian food incl. typical dishes and some interesting, seasonal items on their menu. Note: no English menus available. Also, there's a very spacious underground parkade which exits right in front of the restaurant.

Great Place, great Bavarian food, great service

Atmosphere and beer were both great, and I had a good time. However, the food was pretty bland...could have used some salt and flavor. Sure seemed nutritional, though, so I would come back!!

A great place for after-work beer. The restaurant has a very nice Biergarten. Especially, their Helles beer is worth a try. Overall, the restaurant is a bit expensive but portion sizes are pretty decent.

Very nice pub in the Heidelberg university campus. Food is great and it's a value for money. Nice, cosy place to chill.

The couple of beers we drank tasted nice. I enjoyed the old style beer offering. My wife kept calling it a hipster place.

Vegetarian food boils down to 2 choices mainly. But the bread with the dish was not great, was filling but was too dense. Now a local told me that it should have been served with some sauce. The fruit salad turned out to be canned fruit with a scoop of ice cream. Was a good evening but the food could have been better for the prices.

Nice, cozy and lovely environment. One star less because of the limited options in the menu.

So far, I was only at the very delicious lunch. The salads are always fresh and the rest of the dishes are quick at the table, but always freshly prepared. Highly recommended for the lunch break.

Nicely done decor and very good beer but the food was pricey and not as good as at a certain other place we regularly go to.

The food was good and I was well served by a nice waiter.
